INTERNET – La ley antidescargas Francesa “descafeinada” por su consejo constitucional

No se ha salido con la suya el gobierno francés y su consejo constitucional ha “retirado” la capacidad sancionadora de su ley antidescargas y solo permitirá que se “advierta” a los usuarios sobre su actitud ilegal, pero de ningún modo podrán castigarlos y solo un juez podrá cortar un “derecho fundamental” como el acceso a Internet.
Esto es un gran jarro de agua fría para todas las intenciones de los gobiernos Europeos que veían en esa iniciativa una posible ley marco para poder “copiar” y aplicar un modelo parecido en todos los países comunitarios.
Después de todas las protestas que genero desde todos los colectivos de usuarios y asociaciones , ahora es el propio consejo constitucional Francés el que “corta” las alas el ejecutivo Francés y por ende hará reconsiderar al resto de países.
Una batalla ganada contra las ideas censuradoras Europeas.

El Consejo Constitucional retira entonces la capacidad sancionadora a la Hadopi, que el Senado había ratificado el pasado mes, dejándole solo la misión de enviar avisos. Según Le Figaro, el Consejo ha estimado que Internet es un “derecho fundamental” y solo puede ser restringido por un juez.- publico.es
